In addition to syndicating real estate investments, CrossCap Investments represents select private equity investment groups in the acquisition of performing and underperforming commercial and real estate debt.  Previous acquisitions have ranged from $2.5 million to over $70 million in size.  Over the past year, we have successfully transacted over $100 million in commercial real estate and other secured loans from FDIC insured institutions.

CrossCap Investments is currently pursuing first lien positions on retail, office, industrial, multifamily, hospitality and self-storage properties throughout the United States.  In addition, we are actively pursuing aircraft loans with first lien positions on corporate and commercial jet aircraft.
